Novacom provides construction management services for commercial and institutional projects. While our key focus is tenant improvement projects, we have also completed several interesting base building projects.

Our projects include new build outs and renovations to retail banking facilities, office interiors, retail outlets, medical facilities, restaurants, community centers, and special use buildings. While our projects demand diverse skills and our portfolio demonstrates a wide variety of accomplishments, we are particular specialists in retail banking projects. Among our longest established clients are CIBC, Royal Bank, and TD Canada Trust.
